Processing Time All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 International: 10–20 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. These are outside of our control, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Duties & Taxes Prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. CalliaLily & Co. is not responsible for any additional charges incurred after shipment. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@callialilyandco.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right!
